Terms of Service

1. Purpose and Nature of the Service

• The Service is provided for the purpose of functionality testing and user experience (Experience) verification in a blockchain testnet environment.
• The Service may have a test/experimental nature, and the Company may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service as operationally necessary.

2. Login and Accounts

• Users may log in through external authentication providers such as Google, Kakao, and Naver.
• Users must safely manage their authentication credentials and must not share, transfer, or lend them to others.
• The Company may restrict login or use if fraudulent use (identity theft, automated attacks, etc.) is suspected.

3. Blockchain (Testnet) Features and Wallets

• The Service automatically creates an experience-use testnet wallet upon social login; external wallet connections are not supported.
• Testnet transactions are educational simulations, and no real asset transfers occur. Testnet tokens have no monetary value.
• Due to blockchain testnet characteristics, transaction information and wallet addresses may be publicly queryable.
• Wallets are managed by the Company via WaaS (Wallet-as-a-Service), and users do not need to manage private keys or seed phrases.

4. NFT

• NFT features are currently inactive in the basic experience flow.
• Testnet-based commemorative/experience NFTs may be issued in the future, but they do not guarantee monetary value, investment returns, or rewards, and cannot be exchanged for mainnet tokens/NFTs.
• Issuance conditions, quantities, and methods follow the Service interface or announcements, and issuance may be limited or suspended depending on network conditions or operational policies.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Using another person's account/authentication credentials, sharing/transferring accounts
• Abnormal access or repeated calls through automation/scripts
• Exploiting Service/network/smart contract vulnerabilities, attacks, or interference
• Activities that violate laws or public order and morals

The Company may restrict service use, block access, or take other necessary measures if violations are confirmed.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Rights to the Service and its components (content, UI, logos, documents, etc.) belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use them without the Company's prior consent.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for service unavailability due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, communication failures, external authentication provider failures, or blockchain network failures.
• The Service does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free provision due to its test nature.
• The Company is not liable for damages caused by user negligence (careless account/wallet management, prohibited activities, etc.).
• The Company's liability may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

8. Changes to Terms

The Company may amend these Terms to the extent not in violation of applicable laws, and will announce the effective date and key changes through the website or service notifications.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and in the event of a dispute, jurisdiction shall follow the applicable laws.
